Power washing a slate patio!

Alrighty we're back with another post. We recently did a estimate for a slate patio in Orange County. the owner was shocked with the price we gave her so she booked up immediately. She explained that a previous company estimated her over $500 more than we did (not surprising). We're scheduled to do the job next week. What we're going to do is power wash and clean the whole patio, returning the next day, seal, and apply color enhancer. We know for a fact the owner is going to love the work since it hasn't been clean in over 10 years. We will definitely be doing a follow up post for this one, Thank you.
