STONE FABRICATION

Stone Fabrication involves the planning stage, where we help in picking the type of stone to be installed. The area would then be measured and prepared for installation. Finally, our installers lay the stone and adhere it to the surface.

 

HOLE AND CRACK REPAIR

The severity of the hole or crack that needs repair will determine the best mode of renovation. In some cases honing is the best solution, other times the cracks are so deep that alternative measures of repair must be taken.

 

GRINDING

To remove deep scratches and remove lippage (uneven tile edges). Our process is completed by machine with diamond abrasive pads and water that creates no dust. 

 

HONING

This process will remove minor scratches and wear from everyday foot traffic. This process is completed by machine with diamond abrasive pads and water that creates no dust. 

 

POLISHING

This service will give your marble or stone the sheen you want, enhance the veining in marble and protect the marble or stone from everyday traffic and spills. (utilizing the same compounds that are used in the fabrication process.

 

SEALING

Remove dirt stains and bacteria and remove waxes and polymers that have become embedded.

 

COLOR ENHANCING

This process involves the use of penetrating sealers/impregnators formulated to enhance and enrich the color of your stone.

 

STRIPPING

Removes coating that block stone's ability to breathe which causes spalling (when the stones crack, pop and shake). Some examples of common coatings are crystallization, janitorial waxes, polyurethane etc.

 

GROUT CLEANING AND SEALING

Dirt loves to hide in the grout. Brushes cannot penetrate into the micropores to get all of the contamination out. We use a patented system to clean your grout to like-new and then seal it to facilitate easier maintenance for the long haul.

 

GROUT RECOLORING

Changing the color of the grout for a uniform look.

 

MAINTENANCE

In order to keep your granite or marble at their original appearance and protect from staining, scratching and dulling we are able to visit you on a regular maintenance basis. We will attend at scheduled intervals (high or low-frequency visits) to maintaining and re-polishing your marble or granite areas. Also, we'll polish to high traffic areas, instead of full area restoration. Polishing with powder also brings back alike "mirror" shine. This is a good solution for regular stone maintenance. Maintained granite or marble floors give visitors the impression that they are inside of luxury building or apartment. Our maintenance visits will help to keep your stone areas looks new throughout the years.
